Return Policy For Wholesale and Retail


WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

•All returns can only be exchanged or only store credit may be issued.

•Claims for any damage must be made within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. Please email info@bloomsinthecity.com with the order number and reason for return/exchange/damages. 

•If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request via email can be done before an order is shipped. If order has already been marked as shipped, cancellation will be voided.  

•There is a 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS requested after 7 days of receiving mercchandise.

•It is the customer's responsibility to send back the products to our facility for all returns, exchanges, or credits.

•No store credit or exchanges are issued after 15 days.

•Shipping and handling are non refundable in any case of purchase and return. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

•Customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees all ways, to exchange or replace merchandise.
